Performance Marketing Manager

Location: Panchkula and Zirakpur

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead and execute data-backed paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing high-conversion campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital channels while tracking KPIs and ensuring a strong ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns(Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Monitor performance metrics such as CPA, CTR, ROAS, CPC, Conversion Rate*, etc., and optimize accordingly.

Conduct A/B testingof creatives, landing pages, ad copies, and targeting.
Work closely with content, design, and product teams to align messaging and ensure consistent brand communication.
Create detailed performance reports*, dashboards, and campaign summaries.

Analyze competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy.
Manage marketing budgetsand maximize returns on ad spend (ROAS).
Stay updated with latest trends, algorithm updates, and tools in the performance marketing ecosystem.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven work experience in performance marketing(2-5 years for Executive; 5+ years for Manager level).
Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other performance tools.
Experience with e-commerce or lead generation campaignspreferred.
Strong analytical mindset with a command over Excel/Google Sheets.
Knowledge of basic landing page optimizationand CRO.
Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar, Google Tag Manager, etc., is a plus.
