Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing
Plan, execute & optimize paid ad campaigns on
Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads
Manage campaigns focused on
lead generation, conversions, and ROAS optimization
Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting
Create ad copies, performance reports, and funnel strategies
Track and analyze KPIs like
CPL, CTR, CPA, ROAS
SEO & Growth
Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
Improve website ranking using
on-page SEO & technical SEO
Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages for search
Manage link-building strategies and off-page SEO activities
Monitor SEO performance using
Google Search Console & Analytics
Required Skills
Hands-on experience in
Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
Strong understanding of
keyword research & SEO strategies
Experience with
Google Analytics, Tag Manager & Search Console
Familiarity with
SEMrush/Ahrefs/Ubersuggest
(preferred)
Ability to build landing pages using
Elementor/Webflow/WordPress
(plus)
Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel/Google Sheets)
Creative thinking + problem-solving mindset
Basic knowledge of conversion tracking and pixels
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field (preferred, not mandatory)
Google Ads / Meta Ads / SEO certifications are a plus
Proven portfolio of past campaign performance is expected
