Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage and optimise paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube
Run cold campaigns, remarketing campaigns, and basic lead funnels
Monitor performance daily and optimise campaigns based on data
Coordinate on landing pages and funnels with team support
Work with internal designers to develop and improve ad creatives
Research competitors, audiences, and ad trends
Required Experience & Skills:
Minimum 1 year of experience in performance or paid marketing
Working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads
Basic understanding of campaign metrics, leads, and conversions
