Analyze data and prepare weekly performance reports with actionable insights.
Manage retargeting and lookalike audiences for improved conversions.
Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and best practices.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in performance marketing and paid lead generation.
Proven experience running successful campaigns on
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
.
Strong understanding of
audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike strategies
.
Hands-on experience with
Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Creative mindset to collaborate on ad copies and creatives.
