Role Overview

We are looking for a data-driven

Performance Marketing Specialist

to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across digital platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.). The role focuses on generating high-quality leads for our doorstep services at the lowest possible acquisition cost, while improving ROI month on month.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and emerging platforms. Drive lead generation through WhatsApp funnels, landing pages, and instant form campaigns. Constantly A/B test creatives, ad copies, CTAs, and audience segments. Monitor daily campaign performance, report on KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate). Collaborate with content/design teams to create effective ad creatives (video, static, reels). Build remarketing funnels to re-engage warm leads and website visitors. Conduct competitor benchmarking and market research to refine campaigns. Optimize budgets across cities to maximize leads within target CPL. Track full-funnel journey (from click to WhatsApp chat to closed sale) and improve conversion rate. Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and best practices.

Key Requirements

2-4 years of proven experience in performance marketing (Meta + Google mandatory). Strong analytical skills, proficiency with Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel. Hands-on experience with lead generation campaigns, not just awareness. Knowledge of WhatsApp automation, Zapier/Make.com integrations is a plus. Ability to manage ?5L+ monthly budgets effectively. Strong understanding of Indian tier1/tier2 consumer behavior. Self-starter with a focus on measurable results, not vanity metrics.

KPIs for Success

Improve WhatsApp-to-sale conversion % through better ad quality. Deliver consistent ROAS growth quarter on quarter.
