Key Responsibilities



Campaign Strategy & Execution

Plan and run campaigns on

Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, etc.

Choose right channels, budgets, and targeting for maximum ROI.

Performance Tracking

Monitor KPIs like

CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV

. Use tools like

Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Data Studio, HubSpot

.

Optimization

A/B testing for ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies. Scale campaigns that work, pause ones that don't.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

Work with designers/copywriters to improve

landing pages and funnels

for higher conversion.

Cross-Channel Management

Manage search (SEM), display, paid social, retargeting, affiliate, and influencer performance campaigns.

Budget Management

Allocate and optimize budgets across channels for best ROI.

Reporting & Insights

Create weekly/monthly reports on performance metrics. Translate data into

actionable business insights

.

Skills Needed



Paid ads platforms:

Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Amazon Ads

Analytics:

Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, Data Studio, Mixpanel

CRO & A/B testing tools:

Optimizely, Hotjar, VWO

Basic knowledge of SEO/Content marketing (for synergy) Data analysis & Excel skills Strong understanding of

ROI, ROAS, attribution models

Creativity in testing ad creatives + strategic mindset
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
