About the Role:



We are looking for a result-driven

Performance Marketer

who can plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be analytical, data-focused, and capable of driving leads, conversions, and ROI through performance marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:



Plan, execute, and optimize

paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other platforms

Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign structures to maximize ROI Create, test, and optimize

ad creatives, copies, and landing pages

in coordination with design & content teams Track, analyze, and report campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions) Conduct

A/B testing

on creatives, audiences, and funnels Perform audience research, targeting, and retargeting strategies Monitor daily performance and scale high-performing campaigns Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and platform algorithm changes Coordinate with internal teams for campaign planning and execution

Requirements:



2-4 years of hands-on experience in

performance marketing / paid ads

Strong experience with

Meta Ads & Google Ads

Good understanding of funnels, landing pages, and conversion tracking Knowledge of

Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and ad reporting tools

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets

Must have own laptop in good working condition

Willing to work 6 days a week (2nd & 4th Saturday WFH)

Comfortable with Noida office location


Good to Have:



Experience in lead generation or e-commerce campaigns Knowledge of tools like GTM, GA4, Hotjar, or CRM integrations Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
