About the Role
We are seeking a Performance Marketer with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in managing paid digital campaigns. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and confident in driving measurable outcomes through structured testing, optimization, and data-backed decision-making. This role will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to support lead generation, customer acquisition, and overall growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Run and optimize ads on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
Track daily performance and share insights for improvements.
Test different creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve results.
Manage campaign budgets and ensure good returns on ad spend.
Work with design and content teams to create effective ad creatives.
Stay updated on new trends and best practices in performance marketing.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
1-2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with result oriented portfolio and project work.
Practical experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Strong understanding of metrics such as cost per click, cost per action, click-through rate, return on Ad spend, and conversion funnels.
Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Excel or similar data tools.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and present clear recommendations.
Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance goals.
