Key Responsibilities
Plan, run & optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn Ads campaigns; manage Google Ads & AdSense as added advantage.
Implement full-funnel strategy -- from interest capture to lead conversion and re-engagement.
Set up and manage tracking via Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
Build and segment audiences (custom, remarketing, lookalike) to show relevant ads to the right users.
Analyse campaign metrics (CTR, CPL, CAC, ROAS) and ensure best results within defined budgets.
Manage lead flow and automation through CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.
Execute email & WhatsApp marketing campaigns to nurture and convert leads.
Collaborate with design/content teams for ad creatives and landing page optimization.
Skills & Experience
2+ years' experience in B2B digital performance marketing (preferably SaaS, analytics, or data-driven platforms).
Strong expertise in Meta & LinkedIn campaign management.
Proficient with GA4, Tag Manager, PPC, and tracking setups.
Data-driven, analytical mindset with ROI focus.
Familiarity with CRM integrations and lead management workflows.
Bachelor's degree; Google or Meta certifications a plus.
