Position Overview



As a

Performance Marketer

, you will be responsible for strategizing, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

Your analytical mindset and creative problem-solving skills will ensure campaigns are efficient, scalable, and ROI-focused. You'll work closely with creative, analytics, and client teams to drive results that meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities



Plan, execute, and optimize

paid campaigns

across Google, Meta, and other performance channels. Conduct

keyword research

, audience segmentation, and bid optimization to maximize ROI. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and improvement plans. Implement

A/B testing

for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies. Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to ensure brand consistency and conversion alignment. Track budgets, pacing, and performance to meet monthly and quarterly KPIs. Generate detailed performance reports and present campaign insights to internal and client stakeholders. Stay up to date with industry trends, ad platform updates, and emerging performance tools.

Education and Experience



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

2-4 years of experience

in performance marketing (Google, Meta, or other paid channels) Hands-on experience with

Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Analytics tools

Knowledge of campaign tracking tools (Google Tag Manager, GA4, UTM parameters) Prior agency or client-facing experience preferred
