We are looking for a Performance Marketer / Facebook Ads Manager who can take ownership of paid campaigns, optimize ad performance, and deliver high ROI through strategic digital marketing initiatives.
Position Overview:
The Performance Marketer / Facebook Ads Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, analyzing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns -- primarily on Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, creative, and experienced in managing ad budgets, audience targeting, and performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and manage Facebook Ads and Instagram campaigns to drive leads, sales, or brand awareness.
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to achieve ROI and CPA goals.
Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and audience segments to optimize performance.
Analyze campaign data using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other tools to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient spend and maximum results.
Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in social media algorithms, targeting options, and paid media tools.
Prepare detailed performance reports with insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization.
Coordinate with the sales and product teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
3-4 years of proven experience in Facebook Ads or Performance Marketing (preferably in IT, SaaS, or digital industries).
In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel setup, and conversion tracking.
Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar tools.
Hands-on experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other paid channels (preferred).
Excellent understanding of audience targeting, remarketing, and funnel optimization.
Creative mindset with the ability to craft high-performing ad copies and visuals.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Attributes:
Certification in Facebook Blueprint or Google Ads (added advantage).
Experience in running lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
A proactive and experimental attitude toward testing and scaling campaigns
