Key Responsibilities:
-Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across digital channels (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and other platforms).
-Manage performance marketing budgets to achieve maximum ROI and lead generation goals.
-Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing for better performance.
-Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and ad platform dashboards.
-Collaborate with content, design, and social media teams to align campaigns with overall marketing strategy.
-Implement retargeting, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization strategies.
-Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and tools.
-Identify new growth opportunities and marketing automation tactics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
-Proven experience in running performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
-Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Ads Manager.
-Understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing principles.
-Creative thinking with attention to detail.
-Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills :
Experience with App Marketing or YouTube Ads.
Knowledge of tools like Canva, SEMrush, or HubSpot.
Familiarity with educational or edtech marketing.
