Job Description

We are looking for a

high-performing, data-driven Performance Marketer

who understands how to turn ad budgets into measurable business growth. You should have hands-on experience with

Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and performance analytics

, backed by real case studies and proven ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) achievements.

This role demands someone

confident in strategy, communication, and client interaction

-- a marketer who not only executes campaigns but owns results from planning to reporting.

Key Responsibilities:



Plan, execute, and optimize

paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube

. Manage

large-scale ad budgets

while ensuring strong ROAS and CPL optimization. Build and present

data-backed performance reports

and client case studies. Conduct

A/B testing

to improve CTR, conversions, and CPA efficiency. Collaborate with creative teams to align visuals and messaging with campaign strategy. Lead

client meetings

confidently -- explain insights, justify spend, and forecast performance. Stay updated on platform algorithms, new ad formats, and targeting innovations. Implement end-to-end

conversion tracking

, pixel setup, and event measurement.

Requirements:



Proven experience managing

6-7 figure monthly ad spends

. Strong analytical skills with a clear understanding of metrics like ROAS, CTR, CPA, and LTV. Prior experience building or showcasing

successful case studies

. Excellent command over

Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and GA4

. Strong presentation and client-handling skills. Confidence in taking

strategy calls, performance reviews, and campaign pitches

independently. Knowledge of funnel marketing, remarketing strategies, and performance scaling.

Preferred Skills:



Knowledge of automation, retargeting, and conversion API integrations. Experience in e-commerce, real estate, education, or hospitality campaigns. Familiarity with creative testing, audience segmentation, and ad psychology.
