Job Summary:



We are looking for a results-driven

Performance Marketing Manager

to lead our digital customer acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in running high-performing ad campaigns, with deep expertise in platforms like

Google Ads

Facebook/Instagram Ads

, and

Google Analytics

. Experience in the

D2C

or

e- commerce

space, particularly in

men's wellness or personal care

, will be a strong advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute

performance marketing strategies

across digital channels including

Google Ads

,

Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)

, and other paid media platforms.

Manage and allocate

monthly marketing budgets

effectively to achieve target

Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Perform ongoing

A/B testing

, analyze campaign performance, and implement data-driven optimizations.

Collaborate with

creative and content teams

to produce compelling ad creatives and copy tailored for various customer segments.

Generate regular

performance reports

with actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.

Stay up to date with the latest platform updates, advertising trends, and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:



Required for 3 to 3 + yearsof hands-on experience in

performance marketing

, preferably within

D2C or e-commerce

sectors.

Proven success in managing and scaling paid ad campaigns across

Google

and

Meta (Facebook/Instagram).

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from campaign data and optimize accordingly.

Proficiency in

Google Ads

,

Facebook Ads Manager

, and

Google Analytics

.

Solid understanding of digital funnels, attribution, and customer journey optimization.

Desired Skills s Experience:

Experience working with

D2C brands

, especially in

men's wellness

,

personal care

, or

health s wellness

categories.

Familiarity with

SEO

and

content marketing

strategies is a plus.

Google Ads

and

Meta certifications

preferred.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage cross-functional projects
