Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Performance Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data-driven decision-making and a deep understanding of digital marketing channels. This role involves strategizing, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our marketing efforts are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:



- Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across multiple ad platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in performance marketing. - Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Looker Studio). - Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROI, and conversion rates. - Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of different marketing strategies and creatives. - Plan, allocate, and manage paid marketing budgets to maximize ROI. - Work closely with the content and design teams to create compelling marketing assets and improve user experience. - Communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations for improvement. - Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in performance marketing and incorporate them into strategies.

Qualifications:



- At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing or a similar field. - Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads. - Strong analytical abilities with expertise in tools like Google Analytics and Excel. - Proficient in A/B testing and applying data-driven optimization methods. - Comprehensive understanding of various digital marketing channels and their key performance indicators. - Capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is advantageous. - Previous experience in an agency setting is mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
