Drive

Optimise campaigns for

Analyse performance metrics such as
CTR, conversion rate, AOV, ROAS, and revenue

Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce high-performing ad creatives.
Manage ad budgets and ensure efficient spend.
Prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
Stay updated with platform trends, policies, and best practices.
Requirements
2+ years of experience
in performance marketing.
Strong expertise in
Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads

Experience handling
sales-driven or e-commerce campaigns
