We are hiring a Performance Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience to plan, execute, and scale paid media campaigns across ecommerce and lead-driven businesses. This is a hands-on role with clear ownership of performance and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
Drive sales and leads with a strong focus on ROAS, CPA, and LTV
Manage ecommerce campaigns including catalogs, feeds, and remarketing
Set up and monitor conversion tracking across web and apps
Run continuous A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
Analyze performance data and share actionable insights with stakeholders
Collaborate with creative, content, and tech teams to improve outcomes
Required Experience
5+ years in performance marketing
Strong experience in ecommerce and lead generation ads
Proven ability to scale campaigns with profitable results
Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads and Google Ads
Solid understanding of funnels, attribution, and CRO

Meta Ads Manager
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping)
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Ecommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar
Feed management tools (Google Merchant Center, Meta Catalogs)
Reporting tools such as Looker Studio or similar dashboards
