Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI
Analyze key metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversions, etc.)
Create audience targeting & retargeting strategies
Manage daily budgets and campaign bidding strategies
Prepare performance reports and insights
Work with creative/content teams to improve ad performance
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in performance marketing
Recent hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads (mandatory)
Strong understanding of campaign setup, tracking, and optimization
Knowledge of analytics tools (GA4, Meta insights, Google Ads dashboard)
Ability to analyze data and improve campaign results
Good communication and reporting skills
Preferred Skills:
Basic knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization
Experience in lead generation and e-commerce campaigns
Ability to scale campaigns efficiently
