Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns primarily on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). Strategize and execute paid campaigns focused on lead generation, conversions, engagement, and brand awareness. Conduct detailed audience research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance. Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and minimum CPA through continuous testing and performance analysis. Track, measure, and report campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other tracking tools. Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages. Stay up to date with the latest Meta Ads features, algorithms, and performance marketing trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Any Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience in running Meta Ads campaigns with proven success in achieving performance goals.
