Lead and manage performance marketing efforts to drive customer acquisition, growth, and ROI across paid digital channels. Use data & analytics to optimize campaigns, manage budget, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop & implement performance marketing strategies across paid channels: search (Google Ads), social media (Meta, LinkedIn), display, affiliate, programmatic, etc.
Plan, manage and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs: cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per lead, etc.
Monitor campaign performance daily/weekly/monthly; analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Run experiments / A/B tests on creatives, messaging, audiences, bids, landing pages.
Budget management: allocate budgets across channels, forecasting spend vs performance, optimizing under budget constraints.
Collaborate with creative, design, product teams to ensure assets & landing pages support campaign goals.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform changes; implement best practices.
Reporting: prepare dashboards / reports for stakeholders showing performance metrics, insights, suggestions.
Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor's degree (in Marketing, Business, or related field), sometimes Master's preferred.
Experience:
3?5 years (or more, depending on seniority) in performance marketing / paid digital advertising.
Knowledge in Designing
Hands?on with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic DSPs, analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, GA4), etc.
Strong analytical & data?driven mindset. Comfortable working with numbers, interpreting data, deriving insights.
Experience with budget management, forecasting, optimizing for ROI.
Good communication skills, ability to collaborate across teams.
