Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Develop and implement performance marketing strategies for lead generation and e-commerce clients
Conduct thorough audience research and create targeted customer segments Design and execute A/B tests for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages
Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed analytics and reporting Manage advertising budgets and ensure optimal cost-per-acquisition
Collaborate with creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives Implement conversion tracking and attribution models
Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and advertising policies
Analyze competitor strategies and market trends
Technical Requirements
Expert proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platform
Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking Experience with LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other advertising platforms
Knowledge of attribution models and marketing analytics tools
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
Understanding of pixel implementation and conversion tracking setup
Ideal Candidate
2-4 years of performance marketing experience in digital agencies or e-commerce Proven track record of managing advertising budgets and delivering ROI
Experience across multiple industries and campaign objectives
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously Strong communication skills
Creative mindset with commercial awareness
Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and platform updates
