Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) Monitor ad performance daily, analyze key metrics, and optimize campaigns for better ROI Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audience segments, and landing pages Prepare and present campaign performance reports with insights and recommendations Work closely with the design and content team to develop high-performing creatives and ad copies Manage ad budgets effectively and ensure maximum utilization Implement pixel tracking, conversion tracking, and audience retargeting

Requirements:



3-5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital ads Proven track record of running successful ROI-driven campaigns Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and basic analytics tools Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset Knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization is a plus Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is an added advantage
