result-oriented Performance Marketer

to manage and scale our clients' advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google platforms. Manage campaign budgets, bid strategies, and daily spends to achieve KPIs. Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research. Create performance-driven campaign structures (TOF, MOF, BOF). Track and analyze campaign data, and prepare weekly/monthly reports. Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to improve ROI. Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives. Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, ad trends, and new features.

Requirements

1-2 years of hands-on experience in running Meta and Google Ads campaigns. Strong understanding of paid marketing funnels, CPC/CPA optimization, and remarketing. Experience with analytics and tracking tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a performance-driven mindset. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Basic understanding of landing page design and conversion optimization is a plus.
