Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing



Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms. Monitor campaign performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPL) and continuously test ad creatives, audiences, and placements. Develop A/B tests for landing pages and ad variations to improve conversion rates. Collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop high-performing creative assets. Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.

SEO



Conduct on-page and off-page SEO audits and implement best practices. Perform keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth. Optimize website structure, metadata, content, and internal linking to improve rankings. Develop and execute link-building strategies using white-hat techniques. Track SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.

Requirements:



1-2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and SEO, preferably in an agency setting. Strong knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.). Proven SEO skills including keyword research, site optimization, and content strategy. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Data Studio, and Excel. Experience with CRO and landing page optimization is a plus. Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategy. Strong communication and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:



Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications. Experience with e-commerce and lead generation funnels. Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms. Understanding of HTML/CSS basics is a bonus.
