Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

Develop, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., Paid Search, Paid Social, Display).

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Budget Management:

Manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure efficient spending and achieve desired ROI.

Optimization:

Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve performance, increase conversions, and achieve business goals.

Collaboration:

Work with internal teams (e.g., creative, product, sales) to align strategies and ensure campaign success.

Audience Research and Targeting:

Conduct research to understand target audiences and refine campaign targeting strategies.

Staying Updated:

Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and new advertising platforms to ensure campaigns remain innovative and relevant.
Skills and Qualifications:

Analytical Skills:

Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Digital Marketing Knowledge:

Understanding of various digital marketing channels and best practices.

Experience with Advertising Platforms:

Familiarity with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other PPC (pay-per-click) platforms.

Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to identify and resolve performance issues.

Creativity:
