This is an on-site, full-time Performance Marketer role based in Jaipur. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to optimize online performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing advertisements, analyzing performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities, creating marketing strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive measurable results.
Qualifications
Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing skills, including experience with platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Strong Analytical and Data Interpretation skills to monitor campaign performance and derive actionable insights
Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) techniques
Experience in Content Strategy, Copywriting, and A/B Testing
Knowledge of Social Media Management and Campaign Optimization
Ability to work collaboratively with creative, technical, and client-facing teams
Basic understanding of marketing funnels and customer acquisition strategies
A degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
