Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on Meta & Google Ads
Optimize campaigns for leads, sales, and ROAS
Conduct audience targeting, A/B testing, and creative optimization
Monitor daily performance and prepare performance reports
Manage budgets and scale profitable campaigns
Coordinate with creative/content teams for ad copies & creatives
Requirements:
Proven experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads
Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR)
Experience with lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns
Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
Prior agency or in-house performance marketing experience preferred
Experience:
3-5 years (flexible for the right candidate)
Salary:
?30,000 - ?50,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
