About the Role

?We are seeking an highly analytical and results-driven

Performance Marketing Manager

to own and scale our paid digital advertising initiatives. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing large-scale budgets and executing strategies to drive high-volume customer acquisition and maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). This role is critical for driving measurable revenue growth through efficient ad spending.

?Key Responsibilities

Budget and Campaign Management:

?Develop, execute, and manage complex paid media campaigns across key platforms including

Google Ads (SEM/PPC), Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and other digital channels

. ?

Mandatory Requirement:

Handle and optimize a monthly advertising budget of at least

?50,00,000 (Fifty Lakhs)

, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation. ?Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and set performance targets for all campaigns (e.g., CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rates). ?

Optimization and Testing:

?Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, adjusting bid strategies, targeting, and pacing based on data-driven insights. ?Conduct rigorous

A/B testing

on ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, and placements to enhance conversion rates and maximize ROI. ?

Reporting and Analysis:

?Track and analyze performance metrics, providing detailed weekly and monthly reports on key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) with clear, actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders. ?Utilize advanced analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software) to understand the customer journey and improve attribution models. ?

Collaboration:

?Work closely with the creative and content teams to ensure all ad creatives and messaging are compelling, on-brand, and aligned with overall business goals.
?Minimum Qualifications (Must-Have List)

?Candidates must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for the role:

Experience:

Minimum of

4+ years

of dedicated, hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or paid media management. ?

Budget Management:

Proven experience

in managing and optimizing monthly ad spend budgets of

?50,00,000 or higher

across multiple digital channels. ?

Technical Proficiency:

Deep, hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and sophisticated audience segmentation techniques. ?

Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in using data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets) for data interpretation and decision-making. ?

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related quantitative field.
?Skills and Competencies

?Expertise in

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

principles and testing methodologies. ?Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools. ?Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and stakeholder presentations. ?A high degree of ownership and a proactive, test-and-learn mindset.
