Role Overview

As a

Performance Marketer

, you will act as both a

Google Ads Specialist

and

Meta Ads Manager

, driving paid campaigns that deliver measurable business growth. You'll work on

Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads

to achieve high ROI, scale campaigns, and contribute to the overall growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on

Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)

and

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

. Manage

?10-30 Lakh monthly ad spend

, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum ROI. Conduct

A/B testing

of creatives, audiences, and campaign structures. Monitor and optimize key performance metrics:

CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS

. Collaborate with design and content teams to deliver engaging ad creatives. Implement accurate

conversion tracking

using

Google Tag Manage and Meta Pixel

. Generate reports with actionable insights for continuous campaign improvement. Stay updated on

digital marketing trends, SEM strategies, and growth marketing tactics

.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience

as a

Performance Marketer, Paid Media Specialist, Google Ads Manager, or Facebook Ads Specialist

. Proven track record of handling

bulk ad spend

in lakhs per month. Strong knowledge of

PPC campaigns, SEM, and ROI-driven marketing

. Hands-on experience in

Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

. Ability to run and scale

multi-channel ad campaigns

. Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and reporting skills.
