We are looking for a results-driven and data-oriented
Performance Marketer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in digital marketing principles and hands-on experience managing high-performing campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
-Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube).
-Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust strategies to meet performance targets (CPC, ROAS, CPA, etc.).
-Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
-Prepare and present campaign performance reports with insights and suggestions.
-Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
-A/B test ad copies, creatives, and landing pages to drive campaign efficiency.
-Stay updated with the latest platform updates, tools, and industry trends.
Requirements:
-3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in running and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
-Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals including conversion funnels, attribution models, and bidding strategies.
-Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Google Tag Manager.
-Excellent data interpretation and decision-making skills.
-Ability to manage budgets effectively and drive measurable ROI.
-Strong communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Certification in Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint.
-Experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or other PPC/SEO tools.
-Prior experience working in e-commerce or D2C (preferred but not mandatory)
