Performance Marketer

to scale campaigns, maximize ROI, and drive measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across

Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and other paid platforms

. Drive measurable growth in

leads, conversions, revenue, and ROAS

. Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize budgets, bidding strategies, creatives, and targeting. Conduct

A/B testing

on ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages. Manage tracking, reporting, and attribution using

GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel

, and related tools. Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Collaborate with creative, content, and design teams to develop

high-performing ad creatives

. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2-4 years of hands-on experience in

performance / paid media marketing

. Strong expertise in

Meta Ads & Google Ads

. Solid understanding of

funnels, conversion rate optimization (CRO), retargeting, and scaling strategies

. Experience with

GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, UTM tracking, and dashboards

. Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making. Ability to work independently in a

remote setup

. Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Preferred (Good to Have)

Experience in

agency environment

. Knowledge of

e-commerce & lead generation funnels

. Experience with

TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Programmatic platforms

. Familiarity with

automation tools & AI-based campaign optimization
