Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms
Drive lead generation for admissions and education programs
Track and analyze campaign performance, CPL, and ROAS
Optimize funnels and creatives for better conversions
Manage ad budgets efficiently with a performance-first approach
Required Experience & Skills:
Proven experience in
EdTech / admissions performance marketing
Hands-on expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads
Strong analytical and optimization skills
Ability to work independently and meet performance goals
