Job Summary
We are hiring an
experienced Performance Marketer
who has a
proven track record of generating B2B leads
using
Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
.
This is a
results-oriented role
focused purely on lead generation quality and cost efficiency. Candidates must have hands-on experience and should be able to explain past performance clearly.
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Search campaigns
Perform keyword research, search intent mapping, and negative keyword optimization
Improve Quality Score and consistently reduce cost per lead
Monitor campaigns daily and take corrective actions
LinkedIn Ads (B2B Focus)
Run LinkedIn Sponsored Content and Lead Generation campaigns
Target decision-makers such as HR Managers, Admin Heads, Directors, and Business Owners
Optimize campaigns for lead quality rather than volume
AI-Assisted Marketing
Use ChatGPT and Google Gemini to create:
Ad copies and headlines
Landing page content and CTAs
Follow-up message drafts
Use Canva / Canva AI for ad creatives when required
Landing Pages & Funnels
Maintain daily lead and CPL tracking
Submit weekly performance reports with insights and optimizations
Required Skills & Experience (Mandatory)
Hands-on experience with
Google Ads
Hands-on experience with
LinkedIn Ads
Proven B2B lead generation track record
Ability to share previous campaign results, CPL benchmarks, and lead quality details
Strong analytical and optimization mindset
Comfortable using AI tools for marketing productivity
Preferred Experience
Experience in B2B, SaaS, or software marketing
Experience handling daily ad budgets of ?1,000 to ?10,000
Understanding of landing page conversion optimization
Familiarity with CRM or lead management systems
Education
Graduate / Diploma in any field
Practical experience and results are more important than formal education
Salary & Incentives
Basic Salary:
?15,000 - ?25,000 per month (based on experience)
Incentives:
Per qualified lead
Earning Potential:
?50,000 to ?70,000 per month on average
