Job Overview:

We are seeking a Performance Marketer with a proven track record of managing and optimizing paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, analyzing, and improving paid marketing efforts to drive measurable growth and high ROI for our clients and internal projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms. Manage budgets, track KPIs, and deliver ROI-driven performance reports. Develop and execute A/B testing strategies for creatives, ad copies, and landing pages. Analyze data and campaign performance to improve targeting, conversion rates, and cost efficiency. Collaborate with the creative, content, and web development teams to align digital strategies with business goals. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates. Drive continuous growth through innovation, testing, and optimization.

Required Skills & Expertise:

Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing. Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and retargeting campaigns. Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and automation tools is an added advantage. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads / Analytics preferred.
