Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Performance Marketer located in Rishikesh with some work from home acceptable. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, analyzing campaign performance, managing digital marketing channels, optimizing conversion rates, and working closely to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
Experience in developing and executing Marketing Strategies
Skills in Analyzing Campaign Performance and optimizing conversion rates.
Plan, run, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google.
Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools
Suggest creatives and copy ideas to improve ROAS and conversions.
Experience in A/B Testing
Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics.
Self-driven and comfortable working part-time.
Experience in the food or wellness industry is a
plus
