Responsibilities:
Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Manage lead generation, retargeting, and conversion campaigns.
Optimize ad spend and ROI with A/B testing and data-driven insights.
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR).
Collaborate with creative and content teams for ad copy and creatives.
Explore new ad formats, tools, and growth strategies.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid media platforms.
Understanding of funnel building, landing pages, and lead nurturing.
Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, etc.).
Data-driven mindset with problem-solving approach.
Experience in B2B/B2C campaigns is a plus.
