About the Role
We are seeking a Performance Marketer with proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing performance-driven campaigns across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze trends, and optimize for higher ROI
- Manage budgets and allocate spends effectively across digital platforms
Conduct A/B testing and optimize creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Performance Marketer / Digital Marketing Specialist
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms
- Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data into actionable insights
- Detail-oriented with excellent project management and communication skills
- Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or HubSpot preferred
- Experience in B2B/B2C industries will be an added advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
