The Performance Marketer will plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms. The goal is to drive leads, conversions, and ROI through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Create ad copies, creatives, and landing pages to maximize results.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize for conversions and cost efficiency.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing.
- Track, measure, and report campaign performance against KPIs.
- Stay updated on paid advertising trends and platform changes.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to produce impactful creatives.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in paid ads and performance marketing; freshers with knowledge of ad platforms can also apply.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Analytical skills with understanding of Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
- Ability to manage budgets and optimize for ROI.
- Creative and strategic mindset with attention to detail.
