Track KPIs: Lower lead costs, boost ROI, increase conversions, and maximize ad efficiency (CTR, CPC, ROAS).
Analyze and report campaign results using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and custom dashboards.
Continuously test ad creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages (A/B testing, segmentation, creative optimization).
Research competitors and trends--bring the latest digital tactics to our growth engine.
Collaborate with designers, writers, and developers to deliver unified and compelling campaigns.
Manage budgets to maximize return and minimize wasted spend.
The Ideal Candidate:
2+ years experience in managing paid campaigns and driving measurable growth.
Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and e-commerce advertising platforms.
Deep understanding of analytics, conversion tracking, and dashboard reporting--Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, Excel/Google Sheets.
Certification in Google, Meta, or digital marketing preferred.
Strong communicator, creative thinker, and problem-solver.
