About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven

Performance Marketer

who specializes in running and optimizing

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

and

Google Ads

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving measurable results across lead generation, sales, and brand awareness campaigns while ensuring maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns across

Meta Ads

(Facebook, Instagram) and

Google Ads

(Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping). Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize campaign performance. Optimize campaigns daily for better CTR, CPC, and conversion rates. Track, measure, and report on campaign performance with detailed insights and actionable recommendations. Run A/B tests on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to improve results. Collaborate with the creative/content team to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging. Manage ad budgets efficiently, ensuring the best ROI across platforms. Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and new ad tools/features.
Requirements

Proven work experience as a

Performance Marketer / Digital Marketing Specialist

. Hands-on expertise with

Meta Business Manager

and

Google Ads Manager

. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with

Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other tracking tools

. Experience in e-commerce, lead generation, or app marketing campaigns (preferred). Ability to interpret data and provide clear insights to stakeholders. Excellent communication and copywriting skills for ad creation. Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads is a plus.
