Set up and manage campaigns focused on lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness.
Analytics & Reporting
Track, measure, and report campaign performance using GA4, Google Data Studio, and other analytics tools.
Continuously test creatives, audiences, and placements to improve performance (A/B testing, funnel analysis).
Budget & ROI Optimization
Allocate and manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and cost-per-acquisition.
Provide weekly and monthly performance insights with recommendations.
Keyword & Audience Strategy
Conduct keyword research and audience segmentation for targeted advertising.
Use tools like SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner, and Ahrefs for campaign optimization.
Collaboration
Work closely with the content, SEO, design, and sales teams to align messaging and ensure funnel consistency.
Assist with remarketing strategies, landing page improvements, and campaign creatives.

Requirements
Experience:
2-4 years in performance marketing with proven campaign results.
Platforms:
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms.
Tools:
Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Google Data Studio.
Skills:
Data-driven mindset, attention to detail, ability to analyze and improve ROAS.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Advertising/Business or related field. Google/META certifications preferred.
