The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Display Networks, and other social media channels. You will be responsible for driving measurable growth through strategic performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across:
Google Ads
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
YouTube Ads
TikTok Ads
Display Networks
Other social and emerging platforms
Manage campaign budgets, targeting, bidding strategies, and ad creatives
Monitor and analyze performance data to drive ROI improvements
Conduct A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness
Collaborate with content and design teams to develop high-converting creatives
Prepare performance reports and dashboards with actionable insights
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2-4 years of proven experience in performance marketing or paid media
Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and Display Ads
Proficient in analytics and tracking tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other reporting platforms
Excellent understanding of audience targeting, funnel strategy, and conversion optimization
Strong communication and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple campaigns
