Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
Monitor and optimize campaign performance using A/B testing, audience segmentation, and data analytics
Collaborate with content, design, and tech teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution
Analyze data to generate insights and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities
Optimize landing pages and user funnels for better conversion rates
Requirements:
2-5 years of proven experience in performance/digital marketing in the IT industry
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO tools
Experience in budget management and ROI tracking
Understanding of conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and lead funnel optimization
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
