Requirements
Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Own and optimize the complete performance funnel--from ad creation to landing pages and final conversions.
  • Execute continuous A/B testing across creatives, ad copy, audiences, and landing pages to maximize ROI.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize key performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, CPM, and ROAS.
  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively across channels to ensure maximum performance and efficiency.
  • Identify growth opportunities through data-driven insights and performance trends.
  • Maintain a test-and-learn mindset to scale winning campaigns and improve overall paid media performance.
