You'll:
Launch & optimize paid campaigns (Meta/Google)
Track ROAS, CAC, CTR, and funnel conversions
Collaborate on creatives, landing pages & WhatsApp flows
Own dashboards, attribution, and pixel setups
You bring:
2-3 yrs hands-on performance marketing experience
Fluency in Hindi, Hinglish & English flows
Data chops + spiritual sensitivity to messaging
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
