Blueslag Technologies is looking for a data-driven and result-oriented
Performance Marketer
with 1-2 years of experience in paid marketing. If you have a solid understanding of running and optimizing ad campaigns on Meta and Google platforms, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment - we'd love to have you on our team!
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across
Meta Ads
(Facebook/Instagram) and
Google Ads
Monitor campaign performance metrics (ROAS, CPC, CTR, CPA)
A/B test creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance
Collaborate with the design/content team for ad creatives
Provide performance reports and insights to guide decisions
Stay up to date with ad platform updates and best practices
Required Skills & Experience
1-2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
Strong knowledge of
Meta Ads
and
Google Ads
platforms
Experience with tools like
Google Analytics, GA4, GTM, Facebook Pixel
Understanding of sales funnels, remarketing, and audience segmentation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with eCommerce or lead-gen campaigns is a bonus
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Salary
15,000 - 25,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
