About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven

Performance Marketer

to manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns for our e-commerce brand. The ideal candidate has experience in scaling D2C (direct-to-consumer) campaigns and is comfortable working with data, budgets, and creatives to drive online sales and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other performance channels Monitor key performance indicators (CTR, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate) and implement optimizations to improve results Run A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, and targeting to improve campaign performance Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to create high-converting ad creatives and landing pages Manage campaign budgets and allocate spends effectively to maximize ROI Analyze performance data and prepare reports using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc. Track customer journey, conversion funnels, and cart abandonment metrics Stay updated with trends in e-commerce marketing, consumer behavior, and digital advertising

Requirements:

1-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in the e-commerce/D2C space Solid knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and campaign optimization techniques Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, etc. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) is a plus Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously Creative mindset with a strong eye for customer-focused messaging

Preferred:

Experience with remarketing, shopping ads, and affiliate platforms Knowledge of email marketing and CRM tools Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification
