You will be responsible for:
As a Performance Marketer, you will design, run, and scale paid campaigns across Google and Meta platforms, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and measurable ROI. You'll directly impact revenue growth by building customer acquisition funnels and optimizing ad spends.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):
1. Paid Media Strategy & Execution
Own end-to-end planning and execution of paid campaigns across Meta & Google.
Scale ad spends from ?30,000/day to ?1,00,000+/day with strong ROI.
Continuously A/B test creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.
2. Funnel Optimization & Growth
Build and optimize acquisition funnels for conversions.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to design high-performing ad assets.
Track CAC, LTV, and conversion metrics to ensure sustainable growth.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with program managers and creative strategists to align campaigns with product positioning.
Provide data insights to leadership for growth decisions.
Suggest new channels and growth hacks to scale faster.
4. Analytics & Reporting
Monitor campaign performance with precision.
Generate actionable insights and dashboards for leadership.
Stay updated with the latest performance marketing trends and tools.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
ROI on ad spends (ROAS)
Monthly scaling of ad budgets (?30L+ per month)
Customer acquisition cost (CAC) vs. LTV balance
Conversion rate improvements across funnels
Who We're Looking For:
3-6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
Proven ability to manage and scale ad spends of ?30L+/month.
Proficiency in Meta Ads and Google Ads is a must.
Strong analytical skills with comfort in metrics-driven decisions.
Preference for candidates with startup or brand-side experience (agency-only profiles less preferred).
Bonus: Prior experience in D2C, edtech, or creator-led brands.
