Your job is to
maximize ROI
on ad spends, generate qualified leads, drive event registrations, and grow our digital reach.
Key Responsibilities:
Ad Campaign Management
Create, run, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta (FB/IG) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
Manage budgets, set objectives, and monitor daily performance for lead generation, ticket sales, app installs, etc.
Event Marketing
Plan geo-targeted campaigns for city-based events (marathons, expos) to drive registrations.
Promote virtual events and challenges through strategic targeting and retargeting.
ROI Optimization & Funnel Setup
Build and optimize lead funnels using WhatsApp automation, ManyChat, landing pages, etc.
Minimize cost per lead/conversion while improving ROAS and retention.
Analytics & Reporting
Set up tracking via Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and UTM links.
Prepare weekly reports with campaign insights, learnings, and suggestions.
Collaboration & Strategy
Work with content and design teams to develop ad creatives and landing pages.
Suggest new growth strategies and campaign ideas based on performance trends.
Qualifications & Skills:
2+ years of experience in running Meta and Google ad campaigns.
Proven track record in lead generation and sales through paid ads.
Strong understanding of ad KPIs: CPL, CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.
Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager.
Knowledge of automation tools like ManyChat, Zapier, or WhatsApp APIs is a plus.
Excellent communication, reporting, and analytical thinking skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience in event marketing or fitness/wellness-related platforms.
Understanding of audience behavior in India across Tier 1/2/3 cities.
