We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketer to manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will focus on lead generation for education, targeting students and parents, budget optimization, and basic campaign reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
- Generate leads via forms, WhatsApp, and landing pages
- Identify and target relevant audiences (students, parents)
- Optimize advertising budgets for best ROI
- Track and report campaign performance (CPL, leads, conversions)
Qualifications:
- Experience in Meta advertising platforms
- Knowledge of lead generation strategies for education sector
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to optimize ad spend effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
